Walkinginhopesd.rallybound.org is an event website for Survivors of Suicide Loss (SOSL) and Directing Change. This website contains information about our event and how you can get involved. 1. Financial Information: SOSL and Directing Change do NOT collect any personal financial information via this website, with the sole exception of accepting donations and/or 'SOSL and Directing Change store' purchases via a third party secured merchant service processor.  

SOSL and Directing Change do not store your personal financial information, credit or debit card numbers.  The user of the merchant service has the sole discretion of storing their credit card information with the service provider, for purposes of later transactions, or monthly transactions, but at no time do SOSL and Directing Change store, save, or have access to the user's personal financial information.
 

How We Use the Information
 

    1.  E-mail Communications: SOSL and Directing Change use the email address you provide to send you email communications on SOSL and Directing Change updates, events, and our Quarterly Newsletter.

    2.  Credit & Debit Card Transactions: SOSL and Directing Change uses a third party merchant service processor to accept credit and debit card transitions via a secured web transaction.  

    3.  Third Party Access: SOSL and Directing Change under no circumstances will disclose your information to any third parties. SOSL and Directing Change will never sell your information.

For donations made using the walkinginhopesd.rallybound.org website, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Walk in Remembrance with Hope, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation.

To request a refund, email walkinginhopesd@soslsd.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.  

If you did not make your donation using the walkinginhopesd.rallybound.org website, please email walkinginhopesd@soslsd.org to find out about applicable refund policies.
